Kynd is designed for safety and empowerment —online and offline.

We actively take measures to help ensure safety and trust for everyone using Kynd. As a Member, you take an active role in promoting safety. You control who you choose and services you request.

Each Support Worker passes 4 levels of pre-screening. This includes:

1) Support Worker Applications
2) Safety & Identity Checks (IDs, qualifications, ABNs etc)
3) Police Certificates (a successful National Police Check)
4) Free Meet & Greet (with you to help 'screen' suitability)

Some Support Workers upload additional documentation, such as Working with Children Checks, Yellow Cards and more. All Support Workers have verified their emails and mobile phones as well.

For Meet & Greets, you can ask Support Workers to bring any information you need.
